18 PROGRAM The Unplugged Program TARGETED DRUGS Alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs STUDENT YEAR LEVEL Years 7-9 LEVEL OF INTERVENTION Universal ORIGIN Europe FORMAT Curriculum-based program Conducted in classrooms (teacher administered) Involves: 12 × 1-hour lessons delivered weekly Teacher and student handbooks are provided Training: Teacher training involves a 3-day training workshop, a teacher handbook is provided.
